The Sutter Health Plus provider network in the greater Sacramento, Central Valley and Bay Area includes 29 hospitals and campuses, more than 7,000 providers, dozens of urgent care locations, Sutter Walk-In Care, and more. Video visits with a member’s primary care physician (PCP) may be available to members ages three months and older.
All members ages 18 months and older have access to same-day video visits with Sutter clinicians for minor issues through My Health Online.
Sutter Walk-In Care offers in-person care for everyday health needs at locations throughout Northern California seven days a week, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., with online scheduling available.
Members also have access to dozens of urgent care centers.
Virtual-first Primary Care
Sutter Health Plus members in select communities have access to Tera, a flexible, virtual-first primary care option. Tera provides most care through messaging, video visits, telephone consults, and in-person visits when needed. Virtual care options provide members convenient
and direct access to their care team designed to fit their schedule.
